Standard Apple EULA
SIPRIZE uses the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement ("EULA"). By using the SIPRIZE mobile application, you agree to be bound by the terms of the standard Apple EULA.

In addition to the standard Apple EULA, the following supplemental terms apply to your use of SIPRIZE:
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 17 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. The App includes content related to social drinking and suggestive themes ("spicy") which are intended for mature audiences only.
2. Subscriptions and Billing
A. Subscription Plans
We offer a weekly subscription ("Siprize Weekly Premium") which provides access to premium content, including additional prompt packs.
B. Free Trial
The Siprize Weekly Premium subscription begins with a three (3) day free trial. After the trial period ends, you will be automatically charged the then-current weekly subscription fee ($6.99/week) unless you cancel.
C. Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel the subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
3. AI-Generated Content
SIPRIZE uses third-party Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate game prompts. You acknowledge that AI-generated content is created automatically and may be unpredictable, inaccurate, or occasionally offensive despite our filtering efforts.
You are responsible for the names and other inputs you provide to the App. You agree not to enter names or information that is defamatory, illegal, or infringes on the rights of others.
4. Safety and Responsibility
Party Game Disclaimer
While SIPRIZE does not explicitly use alcohol in its prompts, SIPRIZE may include prompts that suggest the consumption of "penalties". We do not encourage excessive or underage drinking. If you choose to consume alcohol while using the App, you do so at your own risk. Please drink responsibly and never drink and drive.
Some prompts may suggest physical actions. Users should only perform activities they feel comfortable and safe performing.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO ANY PHYSICAL INJURY, ILLNESS, OR LEGAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM DRINKING OR OTHER ACTIVITIES SUGGESTED BY THE APP.
