- Subscription Status: We use Apple's StoreKit to manage subscriptions. While we do not process your credit card details, we store your subscription status to grant access to premium features.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To Provide Gameplay: To facilitate the party game experience, display player names, and apply selected game settings.
- AI Feature Generation: We use third-party AI services to generate game prompts. The names you enter may be included in the context sent to these services to create personalized prompts.
- To Improve the App: To analyze session data and technical information to identify bugs, improve game balance, and refine our services.
- To Manage Subscriptions: To verify your access to premium prompt packs and features.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers necessary to operate the App:
- Database Services (Turso): Your game session data and player names are stored securely using Turso.
- AI Services (XAI/Grok): We send game context, which may include player names, to XAI to generate dynamic game prompts.
- Payment Processing (Apple): All financial transactions and subscription management are handled securely by Apple via StoreKit.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain game session data for as long as necessary to provide the service and improve the experience. You may request the deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
5. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
6. Children's Privacy
SIPRIZE is not intended for individuals under the age of 17 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, particularly due to the optional "drinking" and "spicy" content modes). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
